Weight loss update

I’ve lost 18 lbs at last count since I started working with a dietitian in mid-August and using myfitness.com to track calories. It’s been slow going and I’m nervous about the after holiday weigh in but I AM proud of myself. I’m down 1.5 sizes and expected more but hopefully it will speed up after I start exercising. Since I have joint hypermobility (see here), exercise is more painful for me than most people.
